Terms of Use

By using Mac Draft ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Mac Draft is

Mac Draft is an informational tool for fantasy football. It provides player values, trade analysis, mock drafts, and an AI assistant ("Mac"). It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Not professional advice

Nothing on Mac Draft is professional, financial, investment, or betting advice. Player values, projections, and Mac's suggestions are opinions generated from public data and automated models, and they can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your own fantasy football decisions. Mac Draft does not facilitate wagering and does not guarantee any outcome.

Data accuracy

Mac Draft aggregates data from third parties (including Sleeper, FantasyCalc, RotoWire, ESPN, and Yahoo) and generates analysis with the help of an AI provider (Anthropic). We work to keep it accurate but make no warranty that any information is correct, complete, or current. Verify anything important before acting on it.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial fantasy football activity.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its APIs, or circumvent usage limits.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's terms.

Third-party services and marks

Mac Draft is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, FantasyCalc, Fantasy Football Calculator, RotoWire, ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, the NFLPA, or any team. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Player market values come from FantasyCalc. Average draft position data comes from Fantasy Football Calculator. League, roster and trending data come from Sleeper.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time. Ask Mac in particular is subject to usage limits and may be temporarily unavailable.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Free and Pro. Mac Draft offers a free tier with limited Ask Mac usage and an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that raises those limits. Free usage limits are applied per device.
• Billing. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
• "Unlimited" and fair use. Pro is described as unlimited for normal personal use. To keep the Service running for everyone and to prevent abuse, a high fair-use ceiling applies; ordinary managers will never reach it. Automated, scripted, or resale use is not permitted.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage" link in Ask Mac, without leaving the site. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Your subscription is tied to this browser. Mac Draft has no passwords, so your plan is held by a key your browser stores rather than by your username. If you clear this site's data or switch browsers, that link is lost. Contact us and we will restore it.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we will try to make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mac Draft and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any fantasy football, financial, or other decision you make based on the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and Mac Draft each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Disputes are brought individually. You and Mac Draft each waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective, or representative action.

Before filing anything, please write to us. Most problems are a misunderstanding or a bug, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Nothing above removes rights you hold under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country or state where you live. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, those rights apply to you regardless of the choice of law in this section.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
